ReBOOT Haiti has an ambitious plan to create a system of independently run facilities, which will balance the needs of the community in a way that reduces the demand on the healthcare system.
Reboot Haiti believes that care can be dispensed at various levels, and believes that education and prevention are as important as access to operating rooms.
